Alfa Romeo of Marietta Breach of Contract Lawsuit

!!! FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE !!!

BUYERS BEWARE: ALFA ROMEO OF MARIETTA (ASHCAR INC.) IS BEING
SUED FOR BREACH OF VEHICLE PURCHASE CONTRACT

MARIETTA, GA — February 20, 2026 — A recent customer announced today that he is pursuing legal action against Alfa Romeo of Marietta (Ashcar Inc.) for a clear and material breach of contract related to the purchase of a 2024 Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti AWD.

The contract between the senior citizen and Alfa Romeo of Marietta was executed on November 22, 2024. The contract outlined specific terms for the purchase of the vehicle, including the agreed-upon price of $40,000.00, the specific vehicle, the inclusion of certain features/upgrades, such as a special performance exhaust system, and a delivery date that was agreed upon by both parties.

Despite the customer’s full compliance with the terms of the agreement, including making the agreed-upon payment in full in the amount of $40,000.00 and completing all necessary paperwork; Alfa Romeo of Marietta (Ashcar Inc.) has demonstrably failed to uphold its end of the bargain. The breach specifically involves the dealership refusing to deliver the vehicle and allowing the customer to pick up the vehicle as promised.

The senior citizen is incredibly frustrated and disappointed by Alfa Romeo of Marietta’s actions, as they intentionally and maliciously pulled the plug on this consummated contract agreement with no legal justification for doing so. The customer relied on their representations and the signed contract, and their failure to deliver on their promises has caused significant inconvenience and financial stress. The customer entered into this agreement in good faith, and he expected the dealership to honor its commitments.

The senior citizen has sought and pursued legal action against Alfa Romeo of Marietta (Ashcar Inc.), as he is a victim of the dealership’s intentional breach of contract and seeks specific performance and replevin to compel the delivery of a similar replacement vehicle with the same option package, monetary damages, including compensatory and punitive damages, and equitable relief against Alfa Romeo of Marietta (Ashcar Inc.) to prevent such unlawful and vindictive misconduct in the future.
The customer is prepared to pursue all available legal remedies to enforce his rights under the
purchase agreement.

This incident serves as a reminder of the importance of contractual integrity in consumer transactions and the senior citizen is committed to ensuring fair dealings and urges all dealerships to uphold their duty of contractual compliance and contractual fidelity in consumer transactions.
